Great book, but the Seller didn't say that he used the unique access code in the back of the book, therefore I had to buy another copy elsewhere

Alibris customers, do not make the same mistake I made with this book. I thought that if I got a hard copy of it, I'd be able to take the test. I only learned after I got it that you had to use a code included with the book to take the test online, and that if a book has been used, it probably does not have that code anymore. It can't be used for more than one person.
I look forward to taking the test with the new copy I ordered, though. It looks promising.Customer rating:

This book and accompanying online assessment are great for discovering your own greatest strengths. Best of all, your assessment gives you specific action steps you can take to build upon those strengths. The book is easy to read and follow, and the positive tone is great, without being too "self-helpish." I've already bought the book for two other people!
