This book has been around for years, and if you don't like it, you can always eat it . . . low in calories, high in fiber. That said . . . you should read the entire book because there are bits of information throughout. Basically, the book is challenging you to hit your peak and discover potential you didn't think you had. Sure, there are a ton of magazine like people who grace the book and the site with before and after shots. But there are also everyday people who look a ton better after committing themselves to body for life. Just because the book is old, its ideas aren't dated . . . and it takes less than ONE HOUR A DAY. If you haven't read it, buy the book. When you're done, give it to a gravity challenged friend. And be amazed at how good you look.
