    The author is the same person on the info commercial. Alot of words without saying anything but read the book. Read part of the book and got so bored because he does not get to the point. I learned nothing. Don't waste your money.

    Natural cures makes perfect sense if you stop to think about it. Why would we need something that has been chemically engineered in a lab to cure us. Everything is already provided on this Earth that we need. Follow the money trail of the drug companies and it becomes all too clear why the FDA is not your friend.

    Lots of excellent information (presented in a repetitive fashion for emphasis). Since I completed reading this book some six months ago, I KNOW some of Trudeau's Chapter 6 suggestions work--have beaten two colds this winter within two hours each time! A must read if you're interested in keeping yourself healthy for a lifetime.
