Great book. Reads almost like a mystery. I really enjoyed the intellectual discussion and questions the author puts forth about society and big cities.

It takes a great writer to make a bacterium's point of view relevant. Steven Johnson does just that. His ability to bring logical outcomes to what seems chaos to the uninformed--me--in an entertaining way is the best I've read. He should be hired to re-write America's textbooks immediately!
