How do I get a voucher?
Subscribe to Alibris News to get up-to-date information about what's new on our Web site and to receive our money-saving vouchers. You can also sign up for Alibris News from the box on the left-hand side of every page on our Web site.
How do I use the voucher I have received?
Alibris voucher offers include a specific voucher code. Do the following to redeem a voucher:
- Print out or write down the voucher code and the minimum purchase amount required (if any), and then shop for your books, music, and movies on Alibris. Add your selections to your Shopping Basket until your merchandise total meets the qualifying minimum specified on your voucher offer (voucher savings do not apply to tax or shipping and handling charges).
- Click the Check Out button to proceed to the Review and Place Order page.
- Enter your voucher code in the Voucher Code section (bottom-right corner of page); enter it as one complete string, with no spaces before or after the code.
- You must then click the Apply button to apply the voucher discount to your order. After clicking Apply, review the charges in the Order Summary box (upper-right corner of page). Your voucher savings amount will be reflected in your order total.
- Click the Place Your Order button to complete your purchase.
Can I redeem my voucher on my recent order?
No. Vouchers cannot be redeemed after an order has been placed. You are billed upon clicking the Place Your Order button, and the items are shipped shortly afterwards. Vouchers can be used until they expire.
Does Alibris offer vouchers in international currencies?
Alibris plans to offer vouchers to our customers in various international currencies, but our voucher codes are presently available only in U.S. dollars. However, you may convert a U.S. voucher to a different currency.
Can I convert a voucher from U.S. dollars to a different currency?
Alibris voucher codes may be applied to qualifying orders and converted to any currency accepted on our Web site. For example, if you receive a voucher offer for U.S. $5 off U.S. $50, and you're buying items in euros, your voucher code will be valid for a discount of the euro equivalent of U.S $5 off the euro equivalent of U.S. $50 when you enter your voucher code during the checkout process.
