In order to rescue him, two of the students, Chris Hughes (Paul Walker) and Kate Erickson (Frances O'Connor), along with Andre Marek (Gerard Butler), an archeological site manager, must travel to France, circa 1357, amid archaic war, deadly diseases, and other unexpected pitfalls. My family loved this movie! It was one of the most exciting and intriguing films we have seen. Personally, I liked the book more, but the movie is still top rate! Gerard Butler gives a wonderful performance as does Paul Walker. The whole concept of going back in time and being trapped there is ...
