Lewis Esson is one of the most experienced editors of food books. Contributing editor of the English edition of Larousse Pratique and of The Good Cook's Encyclopaedia, his own books include Mouthwatering Mediterranean, The Gate Cookbook and Breakfast at the Wolseley, with A.
