Lisa Kahn

Lisa Kahn, who compiled and edited the recipes for this book, has written extensively on food, restaurants, travel, home design and other life-style topics for publications that include the New York Times, Newsweek, The New Jersey Star-Ledger, and New York Spaces magazine. A resident of northern New Jersey, she is an avid home cook and barbecue enthusiast who regularly prepares beer can chicken on the grill.
