"Dos Remedios' program for developing strength appears to be one of the best that I have read.
His breakdown of exercises into push-pull, vertical-horizontal, and bilateral-unilateral is simple yet effective. I feel that it's so comprehensive and effective that I should be reading about it everywhere. But I don't think that's the case.
