About this title: Jason Hawes and Grant Wilson, heads of The Atlantic Paranormal Society, are plumbers by day and paranormal investigators by night. They are 'sensitives', people who can sense otherworldly phenomena that others can't. They combine their unique abilities with a healthy dose of skepticism in the Sci Fi Channel's #1 hit show, Ghost Hunters. Ghost Hunting is an in-depth look at a number of Hawes and Wilson's most memorable investigations, some of which appeared on the show, and many of which did not. Hawes and Wilson travel across America visiting residences and public places both famous and ...

"As someone who loves the show and watches it nearly obsessively, there isn't too much here that is new to us. There are some interesting little tidbits about Jason and how he struggled with his first experiences and the remedy to stop seeing too many spirits (green olives?)."
"Creepy little situations but it wasn't as in depth as I thought it would be. I guess there is something about watching it rather than reading it. It was also annoyingly repetitive! How many times do you have to include "what we found was interesting"?! I'll stick to the show thanks, gimme my money back!!"
"This is a nice little companion piece to the show. Jason Hawes gives some brief behind-the-scenes synopsis of ghost investigations dones by the T.A.P.S. team between 1996 and 2006."
"Jason Hawes laid out a basic of his own facets of Ghost Hunting & tecniques in this book. He does even TAP in to the show a bit.
The content, is a run down of his own values, suggestions and personal status regarding Ghost Hunting.
He touches base on epidsodes, to bring you in to his world in the field of Paranormal Investigating, and although strickly his opinions as well as being on Ghost Hunters, they can really apply to the "fan or non fan" of his show.
He has laid out a good history, shows his own preferences, and basically, lets the wanna-be Ghost Hunter, "Taps fan or not", to be able to take what he is attempting to teach through this book, and let the reader go out, and hopefully take in more knowledge in the field of Paranormal Ghost Hunting.
All in all, the read is just additional knowledge, and from what it seems, Hawes is trying to do just that, give some knowledge. Which, anyone who dabbles within the field, needs more of than television itself."
