"While I don't feel I got much new information from this book, I think it is very valuable for many people. It was very affirming of things I already new. It was not inspiring for me, as Animal, Vegetable Miracle or Plenty were. But if you eat blue yogurt and don't grow any of your own food, I recommend this book as necessary.
