"Peace-maker is by far the best book I've seen or read on this touchy and very crucial topic! Far more in our families and churches need to read and better yet PRACTICE the very loving and Biblical principles found herein. Doing so would bring far more "Peace on Earth, and Good Will among all peoples", at least among those who themselves have a Good Will or heart to be and do good. By Grace thru Faith, of course!"
"Of the books I've read, this is by far the best on conflict resolution. Biblical foundations are apparant throughout, and study questions complete each chapter. I could spend a lot of time studying through this book and learning to apply it. It's not drowning in testimonies, but there are enough to convince the reader that the Bible's ways are worth trying. ;) Plenty of references lead a person back to the Bible so he doesn't have to take the Ken Sande's word for it. I would recommend this to anyone who struggles with conflict -- causing it, hiding from it, or confronting it to the his own detriment or others'. The solutions are all there."
"I found new courage. Conflict is no longer a scary thing to be avoided. It is a divine assignment of which I become a steward. God has laid out a range of acceptable responses to conflict from which I choose using wisdom. By wise responses, the outcomes of conflicts can be offered back to God as well-taken opportunities to glorify Him, become more like Jesus, and serve others."
