"This book is a great resource for my graduate management class. My only complaint was that during the shipping process, the book was torn. The cover was taped too tight and so there is part of the back cover that is no longer intact. Also, when it was packaged, the mailer was taped directly to the book so part of the spine was ripped when I unwrapped it. The book itself is fine, but this has decreased it's resale value. This is strictly the fault of the person/place that packaged and mailed the book to me."
