"ordinarily i wouldn't be interested in sort of a war story, but this one is by nelson demille, an author i have enjoyed in the past. the premise is quite interesting, that anti-israeli forces put a plastique bomb in the nose cone of two Concorde aircraft with the result that one is pulverized and the other forced to land near the old city of babylon, and the passengers, many on a peace mission, have to fend for themselves against hostile troops. it is compelling."
