No dust jacket was included with this book, and this was not disclosed in advance. Wanted to give as a gift, but will need to obtain an additional copy.

I got the book wayyyyy before expected and the book is in great condition and no markings!!!, the only little issue I got is no CD or the index cards were in the book, but hey for .99 cents the condition of the book and it pages are awesome!!!

Book is in very good condition but they did not note it was a library copy with a stamp and a card holder inside. Not a problem for me but might be an issue for others. Speedy delivery.

Minimal packaging (DROPPED UNPROTECTED INTO A FLIMSY PLASTIC BAG!) and damaging inventory sticker on jacket's spine panel make this a terrible transaction. BAD JOB!
