I was told the delivery would be within 4 to 15 days. It took 30 days. The packing was abysmal - a very thin plastic envelope which offered absolutely NO protection and allowed the book to be damaged by dropping through my letter box.

# 4 was confusing. the book had the invoices of a professor from a college included which made me think I had someone's intended book. Prior documents should be removed. I had called customer service and they knew nothing! Very confusing!!

I had to cancel this order because the info didn't state that it was the Spanish edition. Very prompt customer service and superb handling of the situation.

From the ad I was led to believe this was a new book,but it was old and I'm not sure that I hadn't read it years ago
