Sub-par packaging resulted in shipping damage to otherwise good condition book. Also, excessively sticky label damaged dust jacket.

The book I bought showed a cover design TOTALLY DIFFERENT from the one of the book that I received. I thought the advertized book was the one that was being offered for sale and there was NO INDICATION that it could be otherwise. I feel very let down.

I once took notes from a library copy of this book on index cards. They became scrambled in an 850 mile move. Instead of trying to place the cards back in order, I decided to break down/buy my own copy. I'm glad you were offering an affordable one.

Condition of book overstated. Unpleasant "Thrift Books" bar code attached to dust jacket and cannot be removed without damage. I do not want such vendor conveniences added to my purchases.
