These folks can really play. They give you a graceful, nuanced performance, even using ancient musical instruments with the potential to sound like duck calls. Well, they no longer resemble duck calls. They've got a nice lilt. Clear and three-dimensional recording. Nice blend of instruments which varies from one selection to another. I know I'm displaying my ignorance but as a radio guy I needto know, is it "PIFF-a-row" or "Pif-FARR-o", or even "Pif-FAIR-o" ? All their records are fine. My idea of medieval Dixieland.
