The book was in great condition. New, unused. I like pastor Rick Warren and have recently started to really focus on healthy eating. I received an e-mail about the book and decided to try the plan. Am looking forward to getting into it and practicing what it teaches.

If you're looking for a quick fix book this is NOT it. This book is better than any other book I've read on how to get back to the healthy state you were born with.
