The Power of Intention by Wayne Dyer
All of Dr. Dyer's books and lectures are wonderful. I have learned how we are in control of our own thoughts and we choose what thoughts upset us or make us happy. We can choose to be happy, peaceful, calm, "in-spirit". We don't have to let the chaos of the world into our inner being.

Dr. Dyer is perhaps my favorite-ist author and this is perhaps is best book to date. My copy is dog-eared, highlighted and has notes throughout. Any time I need a pick-me-up or a new view of the world, I grab this book and open it at random. If you ever have the chance to see Dr. Dyer in person, do yourself a favor and GO. He is the closest living being to unconditional love that I have found yet.
