Fine. No Jacket. Book is in excellent condiiton in every respect: as new with sharp corners, no wear to covers, straight, solid spine and binding, text/interior clean and free of marking of any kind. No dust jacket as issued, embossed leopard head on cover. Filled with very terrible, large b&w photos from the horrors of the Congo and the U.S. & Belgian forces that have abetted it. Very impressive intro by Le Carre.
Book is small in size, quality of paper is not that i expected to be.
I would love to see the photos in a bigger print.
Photos are strong and powerful, that is why it deserves a bigger and better print.
Spreading a single photo in a two pages didn't make justice.
Given a chance to know that the book is in this kind of print, would i still buy it?
Hell Yeah!!! worth keeping and worth reading over and over again.
