From Stephen R. Covey's eldest son come a revolutionary book, now in handy B-format, that will guide business leaders, public figures and their organizations towards unprecedented productivity and satisfaction. Trust, says Stephen M. R. Covey, is the very basis of the 21st century's global economy, but its power is generally overlooked and misunderstood. Covey shows you how to inspire immediate trust in everyone you encounter - colleagues, constituents, the marketplace - allowing you to forego the time-killing and energy-draining check and balance bureaucracies that are so often relied upon in lieu of actual trust.

Loved this book from start to finish...a bit long at times, but great info. I recommend reading as a group whether it be with family members or colleagues. Make a plan of how to use, self-reflect and receive feedback from others regarding the information from this book. Very applicable info. Plan to read again.

Enjoyable Principle-Trust
This Stephen M.R. Covey is the son of Stephen R. Covey and did a thourogh job of teaching about trust. I expected to be listening to his father and was a little disappointed. I have heard his father in live sessions and he is amazingly dynamic. His son is well on his way to greatness.
