Mike Goodenow Weber, author of the 2007 book Visionary Behavior: Creative Intelligence in Action, has been a professional writer for 26 years. Mike serves as pastoral and creative director of Life in Christ Services - a ministry devoted to advancing Christian psychology, society, and culture - and as an editor of The Life in Christ Epistle, which addresses topics in Life in Christ. He is also a chaplain in the newly-forming New Church of Jesus Christ. Mike began his career in 1988 as a researcher and writer for the internationally influential journal on the science and psychology of human potential, Brain/Mind Bulletin, and for its publisher and editor, bestselling author Marilyn Ferguson. A veteran staff member or volunteer of a dozen campaigns for governorships and the U.S. Senate, Mike has written more than 2,000 speeches for America's elected leaders. Between 1991 and 2005, Mike worked on policy or communications with more than 700 state lawmakers from 45 states. From 1999 to 2001, Mike served as Legislative and Policy Director for the National Foundation for Women Legislators. Mike is an alumnus of the University of New Mexico. Mike was born in Milwaukee in 1965 and in 1971 moved to northern New Mexico, where he has since spent 29 years of his life.
