During the trip, they discuss aspects of their characters and their lives, eventually deciding it is impossible for men and women to be "just friends." They arrive in New York and go their separate ways. They meet a few years later on an airplane and Harry reveals he is married. I had already seen this movie several times, and knew I loved it. That's why I wanted to own a copy. This one started out fine; but half way through, the sound started to diverge from the picture. This problem became more and more irritating as the words spoken did not match the movement of the mouths.
I intended to complain, and ask for a replacement/refund; but then your request for a review arrived, and I decided to respond.
Other than this time, I have been pleased with your company, and with the individual merchants I have patronized.
Please let me know what I should do about this particular disappointment.
Thanks.
