I recently finished reading this book and let me tell you that it was a wonderfully suspenseful thriller. The mysteries urge you on throughout the entire book. I found myself emersed in the storyline. The characters are so vivid that the story opens your mind to what is going on. I culd not put the book down and finished reading it in two days. I highly recommend this book, and if you enjoy it, I recommend that you read other novels by Dean Koontz.

things are not always what they seem
Joe Carpenter is a crime reporter whose wife and two daughters are killed in a plane crash that kills all 330 passengers on board, or are there survivors? Rose and a young child by the name of Nina have survived the crash. How? This book unravels many questions that the reader will have. Rose is a research scientist specializing in genetics. The company she works for is a very secret and powerful company capable of murder, if need be, even if it involves killing hundreds of innocent people. The company wants it's projects kept secret all all costs. When Joe finds out that there were actually two survivors, one a little girl by the name of nina (his own daughters name) he is determined to find Rose and Nina, no matter what it takes. Every time he gets close to an answer, someone is killed. It's fast moving, and I think you will like it.
