Because it was mentioned in Eckhart Tolle's book 'The Power of Now' on more than one occasion (a book I also reviewed here), I wanted to read it for myself. The copy I found at Alibris was in excellent shape, but I confess that I have not completed it yet. Nevertheless, it has had a wonderful reputation for quite a long time.

Great guide to spiritual awakening!
A Course in Miracles (ACIM) is in my opinion, after nearly daily study and application of its teachings for 22 years, a great source of wisdom, inspiration and guidance. I have come to believe that there is in every human heart an infinite Source of unconditional love/compassion for all beings. The spiritual journey is one's own way of accessing that Source. And, for many in the modern Judeo-Christian world, ACIM provides a reliable path. It never claims to be THE path (unlike some western religions), but I do believe that it offers an immensely helpful and important correction and update to the traditional belief-based, sometimes threatening, transmission of the life and teachings of the remarkable carpenter of Nazareth, Jesus.

Very stimulating and thought provoking
Very intreging book, It was a book I needed to read in my life. I am starting the program and can see the result already. It helping me restart my life and eliminate fear and doubts. It probably isn't for everyone but most of us can use the directions and thoughts
