This is followed by separate chapters that cover an innovative application of fluorescence energy transfer to investigate the dynamics of complex glycopeptides; the NMR of cations which bind to DNA, providing a picture of DNA conformation and dynamics which is complementary to that provided by 1H NMR spectroscopy; the use of NMR to study electron transfer reactions between cytochrome c peroxidase and cytochrome c; methods for analysis of data on O2 binding by hemoglobin; and experimental methods for obtaining data on protein association.
