I really enjoyed reading the 2 volume history of the Wanderer and his extended family. The books brought the hopes, dreams, visions and life force of one ancient man and his companion to modern times. Each reader can personalize the story as we all came from a Wanderer- and in many families a new generation brings some one or more wandering gene. It helped me understand my own family tree and the children I brough into the world who are so very unique and origional- I liked them so much I shelved them!

Amazing History and Legend
I've only gotten part way through the book and I already love it. Of course, I love anything Celtic, but Michael Phillips actually makes ancient history and modern day politics interesting. Throw in awesome Celtic legends and settings and you have a "must-read"!
