It would seem to be contradictory to call a book "excellent" with writing so atrocious. This book was written poorly to prove a point about a book publisher that pretends to have high standards but is really just a vanity press. Going into the reading with this knowledge I was able to find it very humorous, especially chapter 34. I recommend that anyone reading this book starts with the afterword that explains the story behind the book. This book is also beneficial for aspiring writers providing examples of what not to do. I personally benefited in this respect. The plot is incomprehensible because the chapters were written by different writers and not necessarily put in the correct order. There are too many outstanding examples of atrocities to list. To make a long story short (too late), this can be entertaining for someone who knows the purpose of the book and wants to read the worst writing ever printed.
