We got this book as a gift when our daughter was born. It was wonderful to be able to share Jesus and a few Bible stories with her as a baby. The board book format is very durable and the cut-outs in the first few pages helped to engage my daughter. The illustrations are good and the wording is concise. She also enjoyed quite a bit of time trying to master the plastic clasp that holds the book shut. We have since moved up to a toddler Bible, but for the first year this was her favorite book.
