Good. Probably the first printing, but no printing stated. Decorated folio cloth. Various paginations according to subject. Illus. Maps are in color. Featured across the top of the front cover is "Texas, Oklahoma and Indian Territory, " a map of which is one of the US maps. This was published between 1890 and 1907 and we opt for an earlier date. Various countries of the world are represented, and all kinds of topics. Good copy, but noted is 1 inch loss of cloth at toe of the spine. Slight fraying at top of spine. Some pages have short edge tears. On the title page, some schoolboy or girl wrote in pencil above each letter of the word GEOGRAPHY a word (that begins with the printed word) that becomes this sentence, "George Elets Old Grandmother Road (sic) A Pig Home Yesterday." I have not seen a more charming "annotation" to a title!
