Cute story in a Cute book
If you haven't seen "Miss Potter" the movie - this is the book I think it came from.
With photos from the authors youth and hand written copy it's quaint and tells of her beginnings and of the making of the story of Peter Rabbit. ...as well as the authors mother's disapproval of her choice of a beau...which cost her the 'love of her life'

It is such a beautiful book. With great pictures and a wonderful story. No wonder from reading this book you understand why and how all those great characters came to life in her books.
