CCR -- the masterpiece of El Celler de Can Roca -- undertakes the restaurant's work as a whole and with a multidisciplinary soul on three axes: Cuisine, Conscience and Reflection.There are 150 CREATIONS that combine the ingredients, techniques and preparations that have made the restaurant's cuisine one of the best in the world.
