I purchased the 1988 version at what I felt was a high cost - but a lot cheaper than others on offer. I asked a respected colleague if she thought it was worth buying and she said yes...in the end I am glad I bought it, but as witth many books of its age some of the information has been superceded. However it is a very good book to read for the basics of applied anatomy and to view some of the basics of evaluation and treatment that may have been forgotten in todays world of of 'hands-off' patients and the use of machines to 'find the answer for clinicians', rather than the clinician having a diagnosis before imaging. I would recommend seeing a copy before buying if you can
