Significant and far reaching decisions of the House of Lords such as "Caparo Industries Ltd v. Dickman" and "D&F Estates Ltd v. Church Commissioners for England and Wales" are included as well as decisions of the Court of Appeal and those at first instance. The effect of important statutes such as the Minors' Contract Act 1987 and the Law of Property (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1989 is also considered in detail. Read Less
