This book is not as effective at teaching as much as it is a good reference for many different perspectives. It really let me know that I need a lot more practice with unusual angles and points of view. But, I most likely wouldn't use the unusual posses in my work. Practicing the odd pose is helpful in mastering the regular stance of a person in a scene. As I write this, I realize how helpful the contents and suggestions are.
