My favorite book for teaching ESL and even ABE Grammar. Excellent language drills. Text is witty and pictures aren't as "baby" as other ESL books. Get the book and the workbook.
6 levels in the series so it roughly lines up with Best-Plus ESL grades.
My favorite book for ESL level 0 is Foundations. For higher levels, I augment Exploring English with Side By Side and (sometimes) Downtown.
