Their origin, natural history, tying, hooks, patters and selections of dry and wet flies, nymphs, streamers, salmon flies for fresh and salt water in North America and the British Isles, including a dictionary of 2200 patterns. Comprehensive book of fly tying and fishing, profusely illustrated. Part of the "Sportsman's Library" series. Book in excellent condition clean and tight throughout. Dust jacket is faded and abraded and has some chipping at the head and tail of the spine, and some price tag damage to the front. Otherwise a very nice copy. Protected in a Brodart dust jacket cover.
