same as all her other books.. could use a lot more character build, good overall story line. the vampires are all still fairy nice people, which gets annoying. still too much sex for a non-erotic book. Still an interesting read, the first 3 novels you read of hers are a series of course so if you read one you're bound to those other two!

A great Start
I have never read any other works by Keri Arthur, but I must say Full Moon Rising is a great start to a dynamite series. I have had the luxury of now having read all of the books in the guardian series and I thoroughly enjoyed them all. Full Moon Rising starts the saga of the Jensen werewof/vampire hybrids and their discovery of and investigation of a conspriacy to ......Well, if I said more why would you buy the other books? ****** I thoroughly enjoyed the author's approach to making werewolves, vampires, shifters etc as a recognized group that needs to be protected from us as well as a group that needs to monitored to protect us from them. It is a far different approach from hiding these groups and it makes them if not acceptable at least understandable. ****** The characters are throughly enjoyable and the book appears to be a mix of scifi/horror meets the steamy romance novels. I do wish we might have more history of the twins and how they got to were they are when the story starts, but you can't have everything. ***** This is a must read as are the other guardian books. Ms. Arthur keep on writing.
