There doesn't appear to be any rhyme or reason to the song selection -- it's not a hits collection, but it has a few hits ("Distant Drums," "This Is It," "I'm Gonna Change Everything," "A Letter to My Heart"), mainly from the late '60s, along with a number of pretty good album tracks.
