In this day-by-day style book a quote is featured at the top, followed by two ideas to improve your life and then a few lines to write on. I think the premise of this book was a good one but it falls short in several ways. It does not have enough diary space. It is hard to open to write in. The ideas seem like the left-overs, and not very good ones, from the usually wonderful Stoddard archives. I couldn't bring myself to use it and cannot gift it because it is a little too cheesy.
