Good. It's a well-cared-for item that has seen limited use. The item may show minor signs of wear. All the text is legible, with all pages included. It may have slight markings and/or highlighting.
I think the books (bought 2) was in good shape but they are not new, can't be. They both had a lot of scraches and they were durty. However, I can't complain, because if you compare to what they charge for the same book here, this is a real catch. But I wouldn't tell your costumers that they buy brand new books, when they look like this.
