This is an advanced , professional level coaching book. I have yet to find any books written by american authors that can match the technical information in this book. If you are into coaching and you do not want to have to reinvent the wheel.....check out this book. I would reccomend this for 16 and up level club coaches and university coaches. The only downfall of this book is that it is very technical (reads almost like a school textbook)..and takes some analysis to figure out the drill systems.
