These cards are great not only for focusing on healing but for all aspects of one's life. The messages are easy to understand yet are derived from diverse esoteric and historic religious sources from various faiths. This is a beautiful deck for spiritual messages and direction. I also recommend Caroline Myss' Archetype Cards and her book, Sacred Contracts to focus on the aspects of the personality and the soul's purpose in this life.

Caroline Myss's Healing Cards was my very first deck of positive affirmation cards that I ever bought. Now I probably have at lest 15 different card decks by various different authors. Carolines healing cards are probably my favorites though. This deck of cards can really make you think and discuss things in very deep way. They are fun and interesting to pick a card a day by yourself or with a friend. My best friend and I have had some very interesting conversations after picking a card at random from this deck. For me it takes a mundane day and puts a little zest into it!
