This book literally changed my life and saved it. This book changed my relationship with Jesus Christ, forever. As a cradle Catholic, I practiced my Catholicism with a casualness that was not very faithful to the Church and her teachings. I thought of the Catholic Church as just the place I chose to "worship". I thought I could pick and choose which of the teachings of the Church I wanted to practice and which I could just ignore. At age 22, I had been somewhat "protestantized" in my faith. I was under the belief that once I believed in Jesus and I had repented, I was "saved". It's a good lie, and as presented, it is pretty convincing. I had read the Bible several times, so as do most "Christians" (ignorant of the truth), I went on my merry way defining my own "faith" with no authority or infallable teaching. If you are interested in the truth, I promise you that this book will change you forever. In novel form it is very easy to read. I couldn't put it down. I highly recommend this book to every Christian seriously interested in knowing the Truth of Jesus Christ.
