Fair. Book only (no eBook). The first 100 pages or so have an area of pink stain and some light wrinkling / waviness on the edges of the pages (all text is completely readable). There is also a strip of orangish stain on the bottom outer edge. The covers have some wear / rubbing in the corners. The back cover has a couple of small dents. The first page has a small amount of writing (email address, small amount of other information); otherwise, the pages are free from markings and highlighting. Good reading copy if you don't mind the staining described above.
