Die Schwerpunkte des Buches liegen bei der Dotierung von Halbleitern durch Ionenimplantation, da dies zur Zeit und wahrscheinlich noch sehr lange ihre Hauptanwendung sein wird; dennoch wird von Fall zu Fall auf die weiteren M???glich- keiten der Implantation eingegangen.
