I am no where near menopausal but wanted to read about the body changes that occur in this cycle of female life. This book presents everything a woman could want to know about menopause in a manner that is very relatable. I never felt bogged down by lists or rote details. I would recommend this book not only to a woman approaching or going through Menopause but to anyone who has a close female relative or friend who is going through these life-changes. This is a very informative book to any woman that wants to know ..what to expect..when..and how to deal with menopause.. she has some wonderful advice on different herbal remedies for your symtoms ..such as hot flashes , insomnia , weight gain etc...
Exercises to help with all areas of this ..mind..body..change that happens in every woman's life..if you don't really like the "hard" exercises..she also has yoga..and meditation information for you as well! She has the most information that I have ever seen, all in this one book! I recommend this book for anyone that is perimenopausal or menopausal. It is worth it's weight in gold! I recommend this book highly!
