You Really Can Get Well
I suspect that nutritionists have moved beyond the important work that Adelle Davis did - for example, I'm not sure modern nutritionists would place so much emphasis on liver (unless you can get "organic" liver), but it's good to read the exceedingly well documented underpinnings of her recommendations.
I've been following much of her regime for several weeks now and have, despite a great deal of stress at times, successfully warded off a cold and have a better sense of well-being than I have had in some time.

Common-sense advice for healing many diseases
This old book has been of much help to those wanting to help themselves with serious diseases. I really like how this wonderful doctor has written some great advice.

a true jewel
All you need to knopw about how to get well with adequate nutrition and vitamins, without poisioning oneself with drugs. Written more than 40 years ago(!), it has stuff that makes you go " how didn't i know this before?? why wasn't i told that this and this could have helped me that much??.." or " it seems that this woman really wanted us to get well at all, and get well fast from any illness.." This book is a stable truth in a confused drugged world dazed with multi-false-passing-theories.

This book should be on every parents night stand. It would help every mother with the issues of allergies, obesity,skin disorders, lethargy and many more maladies that their children may suffer from. The riddle can be solved through Nutrition.
