This is the first book of 4 about the Chadwick family and their lives. After about 3 pages, you will be so engrossed in this family and their dramas that you will hardly be able to put the book down. Marcia Willett is the best fiction writer on the market today.

Great story teller
The first in the series of 3 "Chadwick Chronicles" - this was a good read. Writing flows, characters come alive. The other 2 books in the series, "Holding On" and "Winning Through" were equally as engrossing. It seems that the characters were part of my family, the sense of closeness to them was that intense.
